Exercise Physiology at Prime
For pain, injury, chronic conditions and lost capability — privately, or through Medicare, DVA, WorkCover and NDIS.

What is an Exercise Physiologist?
Accredited Exercise Physiologists are university-qualified allied health professionals who use exercise to help people manage chronic health conditions, recover physical capacity following injury, manage persistent pain and improve their health and physical function.
At Prime, Exercise Physiology goes beyond simply prescribing exercises.
We take the time to understand your health, your history, what your body can currently do and what you need or want it to be able to do. From there, exercise is individually prescribed and progressively developed to build the physical qualities that matter to you.
Depending on your needs, that may involve improving strength, mobility, balance, power, endurance or overall physical capacity.
The goal is not simply to complete exercises. It's to use exercise as a tool to help you become more capable.

What we can help with
Persistent pain & musculoskeletal conditions
Build strength and physical capacity when pain, stiffness or a longstanding injury is affecting what you can do.
Arthritis & joint health
Individual exercise to improve strength, mobility and function for people living with osteoarthritis and other joint conditions.
Chronic health conditions
Exercise prescribed around your health needs to improve physical capacity, fitness and overall health when living with a chronic condition.
Rebuilding after injury
Progressively restore strength, movement and confidence after injury or a period of reduced activity.
Strength, balance & physical decline
For people noticing they're becoming weaker, less steady or less physically capable than they used to be.
Deconditioning & returning to exercise
A structured way back into exercise if illness, injury, pain or simply life has kept you inactive for a long time.
